My last Extreme Q lasted me about 8 years. Loved it so much purchased another last week. It’s a workhorse for sure. Between the wife and I we went through on average 12 turkey bags a day every day for over 8 years. I want to especially give a shout out to Evan. I’m not supposed to smoke because of health reasons. So I was particularly anxious to get this in my home fast. When I ordered it I expressed how important it was to ship fast. I purchased the expedited shipping. When it hit the Canadian border I had been checking the track# I got worried as I had to break out the water pipe for the first time in almost a decade. I emailed them to express my concerns about it arriving fast. He very quickly de-esculated me and assured me it would arrive within the week. I ordered on Sunday, it shipped on Monday. This was Thursday I emailed them and got Evan. He let me know Canada is behind on tracking and using the tracking# on USPS would be more accurate and low and behold showed arriving the next day, and it did just like he promised. I would not hesitate ordering from these guys again. In fact my daughter is in market for one and am going to send her here. Her and her hubby will love the Arizer Extreme Q and I know this place is a great place to order it from. Evan, coming from a Quality Analyst for Dell and Tmobile for close to 20 yrs (that guy that listens in on cust service calls) I want say; job well done on de-esculating me and assuring me I had nothing to worry about.
